WhatsApp is working hard to see the platform remains at the top that's why we have been seeing updates from year to year. Few days ago, we heard about the group description features which will soon be added to Whatsapp, and here we are now with another great feature named Spam message filtering features.
HOW DOES THIS WORKS
This latest update will help stop or at least minimize the circulation of spam messages on whatsapp.
If a post has been forwarded from another chat or from the same chat, You will see "Forwarded Message" labeled on it. Unlike recent and current versions which you won't be able to figure out either a particular message was forwarded to you or written. This forwarded message feature that is to be available soon is however already available on Telegram App.
The feature is expected to be unleash soon for everyone but for now, it has been spotted by
WABetaInfo , the WhatsApp update tracker. It revealed that the feature is seen in WhatsApp beta for Android v2.18.67 , and that the feature is disabled by default.
It comes alongside with stickers feature first spotted on a Windows Phone beta. Both features are disabled by default. This means you have to enabled them from settings for it to start working.
