Whatsapp Update: Wow! You Now Delete "Message For Everyone" After 1hour Of Sent

At first, whatsapp didn't have the delete for everyone feature, but as time goes on they introduced it to their recent updates and by that, users can easily delete unwanted message in which they sent to a group or conversation.

But unfortunately, the “ Delete for Everyone” feature can only lasts for 7 minutes, many complained that the time duration was too short.

And now, WABetainfo has yet again revealed new updated feature. In the most recent WhatsApp beta (v2.18.69), whatsApp has finally heard the voice of their users by extending the time duration from 7 minutes (420 secs) to 68 minutes and 16 seconds (1 hour, 8 minutes, 16 seconds) which is (4096 secs).



As at the time of this report, the update is only available for Android beta and would soon be available for iOS and windows phone users.

Meanwhile, remember that messages that the user successfully deletes for everyone will be replaced with "This message was deleted" in the recipients' chats.

The Beta Version 2.18.69 is also reported with the ability to forward stickers to other chats.

Two more updates have been added to the Beta program, Beta version 2.18.70 fixes the issue with sending GIFs, while the version 2.18.71 adds new addition to the voice note sending icon in a chat window.

Users can now record a portion of the voice note and lock it, in case users accidentally lets go of the recording button. Tap the Mic icon in the chat for 0.5 secs and you will be notified with new UI element that the feature has been locked.

Additionally, you will be able to view the size of a specific sticker pack before downloading it.
The update is still being tested on Beta Version and will soon roll out officially to everyone.
